With crates of vinyl, a laptop full of chaos, and a mixer that’s been set on fire twice, GL1+CH is the band’s mad scientist — scratching, chopping, and mangling everything in real-time. Originally a battle DJ on the underground circuit, he fused metal samples with hip-hop battle routines, eventually earning a reputation for “sonic sabotage.”
GL1+CH doesn’t just spin — he weaponizes. On stage, he’ll drop distorted TV dialogue, backwards screams, and even real-time fan voice samples ripped from the crowd mic. His signature move? “Memory Crash” — a scratch breakdown where he kills all music except the vocal, isolates H3xx’s screams, and remixes them live into a breakdown. It’s not a gimmick. It’s warfare.
